About Us

Prelude Interactive is a technology company in Austin, Texas, specializing in nonprofit and cause focused software, tools, and processes.  Specifically, we provide:

  • SalesForce configuration and development – including APEX and VisualForce
  • Technical project management
  • LAMP development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  • Data migration, cleanup, and analysis

We want to find interesting projects of all kinds, wherever they are.  There are a few things that either we won’t do, or shouldn’t attempt:

  • Development that requires licensed software tools and lacks the benefits of an open development community
  • Anything illegal, immoral, or unethical
  • Get your website to work well in IE6 without complaining mightily

There are some things that we could do, and are happy to provide for you, but for which we typically use vendors and partners:

  • Graphic Design
  • Flash, AIR, Silverlight or other installable or browser-plugin development
  • Hosting
